Stage 1 – Preliminary Communication:
Understanding client’s business nature, requirements, expectation & current status. Explaining our engagement & work process to clients.
Stage 2 – Site Visit & Actual Measurement:
Visit client’s site and perform actual measurement & initial stage of analysis.
Stage 3 – Draft Graphic Design:
According to clients’ requirements to formulate the initial graphic design
Stage 4 – Budget, Contract & Payments:
Providing a preliminary budget for projects & confirming the working period, signing an official contract & making the initial payment.
Stage 5 – Construction & Projects Management:
A designated project manager is assigned to coordinate and monitor the on-site construction work strictly in accordance with the agreed project time schedule. And regularly report to the client on progress.
Stage 6 – Construction Completion & Final Payment:
Ensuring the quality of the works, the project management team will perform a quality check on the site after completion. And also providing cleaning and disposal of wanted items. Final payment is needed to make.
MJPM will provide 12 months free warranty service to our clients upon the construction completion date for project items. Please note: Daily wear and tear from usage is not included in the warranty.
