Located in York House, Central, Hong Kong, this office design and build project was delivered as a complete turnkey workplace solution for a leading asset management firm. The design focuses on creating a professional, client-facing environment that reflects the company's corporate identity while providing a highly functional workspace for daily operations.

The front of house area features clean architectural lines, bespoke cabinetry, integrated digital display screens, and a refined material palette of warm neutrals and timber accents to create an elegant first impression. Throughout the workplace, careful attention was given to acoustic performance through the incorporation of acoustic wall treatments and sound-absorbing materials, helping to improve speech privacy and occupant comfort within meeting and collaboration spaces.
The workplace is furnished with premium Herman Miller task seating, providing ergonomic support and long-term comfort for employees. Combined with carefully considered lighting, space planning, and high-quality finishes, the office delivers a sophisticated yet practical environment designed to support productivity, collaboration, and client engagement.
